Honoris Joins Global Experts to Reimagine the Future of Work at UM6P
13 May 2025 – Honoris United Universities was proud to participate in the recent HACK: The Future of Work panel hosted by the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), where global experts gathered to explore the evolving dynamics of work in an AI-driven world.
Representing Honoris, Group Chief Growth & Strategy Officer Laura Kakon joined a distinguished panel featuring Adonica Black (APTIV), Alejandro Caballero (IFC), Mehdi Lahrichi (McKinsey), and Raphaël Liggier, to unpack the theme: “From Workforce to Workfluid – The End of Work as We Know It.”
In her remarks, Laura emphasized the growing importance of human skills—including critical thinking, empathy, resilience, problem-solving, and systems thinking—as essential capabilities that must be prioritized alongside technical proficiency in the age of artificial intelligence.
At Honoris, fostering these human-centric competencies is integral to the student experience. The network has embedded innovative approaches such as design thinking, project-based learning, hackathons, and most recently, Stanford’s Design Your Life program, to help students build adaptable mindsets and take ownership of their futures.
Honoris extends its appreciation to Mariem El Aichaoui, Manal Elattir, and the UM6P team for organizing such a timely and engaging platform to reflect on the transformation of work and learning.
