Honoris and MANCOSA Showcase Strength Of Employer Partnerships at South Africa’s HR Indaba

October 18th, 2022 – As new technologies and the pace of change in industry continue to soar, it is vital for employers to navigate the talent market to attract and retain a workforce with the 21st-century skills needed to thrive in a constantly evolving world of work.

This was the topic of focus from our representatives at this year’s HR Indaba, Africa’s biggest HR conference that took place in Sandton, South Africa earlier this week. The HR Indaba gives HR professionals an opportunity to network and collaborate with universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs, and thought leaders to discuss the most pressing challenges to harnessing the demographic dividend in Africa and the apparent skills mismatch.

Lutfiya Adam, Director of HR & Employability at our South Africa-based institution MANCOSA, gave a presentation to delegates before a closing speech from Dr Jonathan Louw, Group CEO of Honoris, who shone a light on how we at Honoris create bespoke approaches to reshape the future of learning, creating new academic models and preparing students for the transition from academia to the workplace. We look forward to further engagement with employers across the continent to join the network of over 700 partnerships we currently hold across numerous sectors.
