Cape Town, October 7th, 2022 – South Africa’s leading institute for fashion and design, FEDISA Fashion School, recently held its highly regarded Fashion Flash on the deck of the striking Cape Town campus. ‘A Night in Vogue’ was the theme for the event giving second-year students the opportunity to showcase their corseted style high fashion editorial designs that have been in creation throughout the past semester.

These events held regularly for students at different levels and with numerous industry partners, give an opportunity to present innovative designs and concepts to members of the fashion industry and potential collaborators. This creates unparalleled support for the employability of the students who gain recognition, introductions, and relationship-building with potential employers.

The ticketed shows are fully open to the public and attract audiences in the hundreds. All funds raised through FEDISA Fashion Flashes are filtered into the Creative Leaders Trust. The Creative Leaders Trust is a peer-to-peer funding vehicle that offers financial assistance to high-performing current FEDISA students.
