In our third annual Student Employability Report, we reaffirm our mission to equip graduates with the skills and experience needed to thrive in a dynamic global workforce. The report celebrates our 86% employability rate across the network, reflecting the tangible value of an education from an Honoris institution.
For the first time in Africa, key employability metrics have been independently assured by Deloitte, reinforcing the credibility and transparency of our data. With the support of over 1,000 employer partners, we continue to bridge the gap between academia and industry, enabling students to become agents of change in the world of work.
This year we also introduce the Honoris 40 Under 40 – an inspiring showcase of alumni who are leading innovation and impact across sectors, demonstrating the power of education to drive social and economic progress throughout Africa.
