In a ground-breaking initiative to empower non-profit organisations and foster sustainable community development, the Umhlanga Business Network (UBN), Regent Business School (RBS) and NPOs came together for a collaborative meeting at the RBS Auditorium in Durban, recently.
The event served as a strategic platform to strengthen partnerships between academia, business, and social impact organisations, with social entrepreneurship at its core.

Dr Ronel Blom, Dr Loraine Rajagopaul, Dr Antony Diesel, Ms Katlego Molokoe, Mr Bryson Pather and Mrs Pranisha Salikram led insightful discussions on key areas such as Work Directed Learning (WDL), Grant Proposal Writing, NPO and Student Survey Analysis, and Linking Student Volunteers with NPOs.
