EMSI Continues to Encourage Dialogue on Smart Cities for its Students

21 March 2024 – Morocco’s EMSI held an engaging presentation for its IEEE Student Branch and IEEE Smart Cities led by Prof. Mohamed Essaaidi, General Manager of EMSI and Chair of the IEEE Moroccan section.

Held at the Marrakech campus, the event allowed participants to explore in depth the most recent technological advances and initiatives to improve the sustainability and efficiency of cities.

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers is an American professional association serving the electronics and electrical engineering disciplines. The event served as an opportunity to encourage students and faculty members to become actively involved in scientific communities such as the IEEE Student Branch by playing a critical role in promoting innovation and technological advancement, helping to shape a smarter and more sustainable future.
