MANCOSA’s Women in Leadership Accelerator Programme Continues to Advance Gender Equity in South Africa

28 March 2024 – The Women in Leadership Accelerator Programme is designed to empower women to excel in leadership roles, break through barriers, and contribute to the advancement of gender diversity and inclusion within organizations.

By providing mentorship, skills development, and networking opportunities, this program aims to accelerate the careers of women leaders and foster a more inclusive leadership landscape.

The 2-month course developed by South Africa’s MANCOSA covers critical topics to shape: influential and impactful leaders, understanding the challenges of gender barriers, enhancing existing skill sets, and the ability to navigate the business environment.
