A First in Africa: Université Centrale’s School of Health Earns Prestigious Canadian Accreditation
10 October 2025 – Université Centrale’s School of Health has become the first paramedical school in Africa to be accredited by the Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing (CASN/ACESI) — a global benchmark of excellence in healthcare education.
This recognition from Canada, renowned worldwide for its healthcare standards, affirms the quality, rigor, and excellence of Université Centrale’s nursing education.
The celebration, held at the Palais Ahmed Bey, brought together over 150 guests, including His Excellency the Ambassador of Canada to Tunisia, Mr. Malek Kochlef, the Director General of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, official representatives of ACESI, and numerous academic and professional partners from across the international healthcare sector.
Together, they celebrated a shared commitment to academic excellence, pedagogical innovation, and the global recognition of Université Centrale graduates.
