Africa’s legendary story-teller Gcina Mhlope will keep children educationally entertained for 10 days during the COVID-19 lockdown with a daily five-minute online story.
MANCOSA’s School of Education has partnered with the Gcinamasiko Arts and Heritage Trust to get Mhlope, the world-renowned actress, playwright, storyteller and author, to keep children captivated with her iconic voice and knack of storytelling.

Honoris United Universities develops 3D-printed respirator

Teams of scientists, doctors, engineers, students and professionals from Honoris United Universities, the first and largest pan-African network of private higher education institutions, have developed a prototype for a new non-invasive respirator, as well as face shields and splash protection masks, which can be affordably and quickly manufactured via 3D printing. The teams have also developed innovative testing and pharmaceutical interventions during a pan-African hackathon.

As a result of a partnership between Université Centrale, a member of Honoris United Universities Network and Essec Business School Paris, the high-level program entitled, “ADVANCED CERTIFICATE WOMEN BOARD READY” was launched within the Stock Exchange of Tunisia.
